Collateral Consequences of Juvenile Delinquency Proceedings in California: A Handbook for Juvenile Law Practitioners is a unique and valuable resource for juvenile attorneys, advocates, and others working on behalf of youth and their families. The handbook discusses in detail the short and long-term adverse results that flow from a juvenile arrest, prosecution, or adjudication (conviction). Written by experienced attorneys and published by the Pacific Juvenile Defender Center, the 20-chapter handbook also includes practice tips for juvenile defenders.

Although the publication is free of charge, a suggested donation of $45.00 for either the print or PDF version will help us to continue providing ongoing support and resources to the juvenile justice community.
