This training will cover a range of juvenile court record sealing scenarios, including how and
when to use WIC 781 & WIC 782; how to petition for sealing of WIC 707(b) offenses; and how
to complete the associated JV forms so that your clients will receive the most complete record
sealing possible. This training is intended for those with a little to a lot of record sealing
experience. While we will cover the most relevant statutes and case law, our focus will be
providing practical tips for how to analyze and address a variety of record sealing issues.
