PJDC’s TRANSFER INTENSIVE TRAINING FORUM

March 20, 2020 – via LIVESTREAMING

In order to address concerns arising from the COVID-19/Coronavirus Pandemic, PJDC is moving its Intensive Transfer Litigation Conference/Forum to a livestreaming platform.

While we are longer be able to be able to offer the training live at Loyola Law School, we are still moving forward with the same agenda:

  • “Winning the Impossible Case”
  • “Hot Button Evidentiary Issues in Transfer”
  • “Taking Apart the Probation Officer’s Report”
  • “Getting the Most from Your Psych Evaluation”
  • “Appellate Litigation in Transfer,” and
  • “Using Information About DJJ to Prevent Transfer”

broadcast live to you via our InReach streaming platform.

Our intention is to take transfer training to the next level – to address the hard issues defenders face in representing youth in transfer hearings.  Participants will hear from top litigators and experts, and will receive substantial written materials.

This training will provide an unprecedented opportunity for you to elevate your practice and to prevent your clients from going to adult court.

THOSE ALREADY REGISTERED: You will receive a link to access the livestreamed presentation and an electronic copy of the materials prior the Friday, March 20, 2020 presentation.

THOSE NOT YET REGISTERED (including those on the waitlist): Please register now by entering your information below and completing the PayPal payment process.

REGISTRATION: $125

Registration includes individualized link to the livestreamed training, 6.0 MCLE Credits,** and substantial training materials.

PLEASE NOTE: Given the change of circumstances brought upon us all by the current public health crisis, the registration fee for this event is fully refundable up until the time PJDC sends the registrant a link to the training. After these links are issued, no refunds will be given.
